- Our global crises demand fresh leadership…
- The outdated Strong Man model of leadership is inadequate for our complex world…
- More and more women are stepping into leadership
…and are willing to change the rules of the game
We work with women everywhere who are challenging the status quo and want to make their contribution – in their own unique way.
The way we’re working isn’t working. Conventional leadership thinking does not equip us to deal with ambiguity and uncertainty – we need to learn evolutionary approaches. To be fit for the future we need to be all of who we are: ambitious and collaborative, creative and courageous, confident and compassionate.
Women now recognise they can aim beyond surviving or thriving to lead change. At the same time low self-confidence, imposter syndrome and discomfort with power hold them back.
We work with both the light and the shadow – your purpose and your blocks – to help you become the leader you want to be.

Our work is rooted in depth psychotherapy and decades of working in and with organisations. We’re realistic about the pressures of the workplace yet know its vital to stay inspired – to connect with the spirit and vision of leadership: why we lead and what for – especially in these fast moving and uncertain times.
Our approach includes powerful embodiment techniques to strengthen your gravitas combined with imagination, play, reflection, challenge and brave discussion to help you create the changes you want to bring about.
You will see profound change quickly. We recognise what it takes to survive in the current workplace and encourage you to expand beyond survival to thriving and “changing the rules of the game” – to create the kind of workplaces where everyone can flourish.
