Helena Morrissey, one of Fortune Magazine’s 50 world leaders

...because the way we’re working isn’t working – for women or men.

To be fit for the future we need workplaces that welcome all of who we are:
flexible and centred, creative and courageous, confident and compassionate.

...And women are leading the way.

Join us to...

  • Get clear on your purpose
  • Be comfortable with power
  • Learn to stay calm in the eye of the storm
  • Have your voice heard... and
  • Connect with a network of empowered women

Who is it for?

  • Want to step up a gear in your career, or take your business to the next level?
  • Looking for a leadership style that feels right for you?
  • Bursting with great ideas, but find it hard to speak out?
  • Suffering from 'Imposter Syndrome'?
  • Want to find more meaning in your work?
  • Want to feel more resilient?

How we work

Leadership Coaches Liz Rivers and Hetty Einzig

How we work

Together Hetty Einzig and Liz Rivers have over 30 years of experience working in leadership and coaching.

Our work is rooted in depth psychotherapy yet in touch with the practical realities of business and organisations. Our approach combines cutting edge embodied leadership techniques with our first hand commercial experience to create a truly holistic approach to leadership – and we are passionate about supporting women to become leaders.

In only two days you will see profound change. You will learn to find your voice and inspire and empower others. And you will learn how to be a strong leader in a way that feels right for you. Day one focuses on how to survive and thrive in the current workplace. Day two looks at changing the ‘rules of the game’ to lead in your authentic way.

Our approach is aimed at delivering maximum impact in a short space of time. We also provide support before and after the workshops, for results that endure.

“I highly recommend this practical and inspirational course”

Hannah Meadows, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
