HETTY EINZIG
Hetty Einzig is a leadership coach, writer and keynote speaker. She has been coaching senior leaders and leading global programmes in the corporate, public and third sector around the world for over 25 years. She supports leaders, especially women, who seek to live their potential and vision, and make their unique contribution with more awareness and ease in a radically uncertain world.
A transpersonal psychotherapist and former Sunday Times journalist, Hetty is author of The Future of Coaching: Vision, Leadership and Responsibility in a Transforming World (Routledge). She holds Masters in Languages from Cambridge university, in History of Art from The Courtauld Institute, and in Organisational Consulting from the Tavistock Institute.
She is Executive Editor of Coaching Perspectives, the Association for Coaching global magazine – and is preparing a new book on the ethics of care.
Hetty is the mother of 2 millenial daughters and a stepson. She has a husband and a cat, practices yoga and eagerly awaits grandchildren. In her spare time she loves walking, speaking French in France, reading widely, and visiting art galleries.
LIZ RIVERS
Liz Rivers is a highly experienced leadership coach with a track record in coaching women working in traditionally male sectors such as finance, law, construction, computer games and elite sport.
A former City lawyer, commercial mediator and humanistic and somatic psychotherapist, she combines over three decades’ business experience with a deep understanding of psychology and human behaviour.
Liz was the first woman in the UK to become an accredited commercial mediator and has given expert evidence to the House of Commons Select Committee on the use of mediation to combat sexual harassment in the workplace.
Liz is a sought-after speaker at women’s networks including Accenture, Women in Banking and Finance and She Is Still Sustainable and has been interviewed on BBC Radio 4 Woman’s Hour.
She is stepmother to a Gen-Z daughter, an auntie to her Aussie niece and nephews and has a cat. In her spare time she can be found sea swimming, wild camping and performing the occasional flash mob.
KIRAN BHOPAL
Kiran Bhopal is an accredited Executive Coach with over a decade of experience in People & Culture. She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management and specialises in leadership development, empowering high-performing individuals to lead with clarity, courage and curiosity.
She brings a global perspective to her work, having coached across sectors and cultures. Passionate about supporting women to lead with authenticity, Kiran blends high support with high challenge – inviting bold insights that deepen self-awareness, expand capacity and enhance leadership presence.
Known for her warm, collaborative style, Kiran creates psychologically safe spaces where individuals feel seen, heard and empowered. She combines professional rigour with creativity and emotional intelligence to help leaders reconnect with their values and thrive.
Kiran finds joy in travel, photography and music, and expresses her creativity through make-up and cooking. She cherishes time with her husband, family and friends, and lives her Punjabi Sikh values with intention – often reflecting on identity, belonging and what it means to hold space for others.
TRACEY FOX
Tracey Fox has a varied portfolio career dedicated to better teamwork, healthier organisations and growing self-aware leaders. Her roles include;Leadership Coach (Henley Business School), Commercial Mediator, Non-executive Director of the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution and Visiting Lecturer at The University of Westminster.
She’s also on the Business Faculty at The School Of Life – teaching leaders to bring emotional intelligence to the complexities of modern organisations.
With over 20 years’ experience in supporting women leaders to flourish, she has led programmes for investment banks, professional services firms, global social media giants, NHS trusts, regulatory bodies and UN agencies.
Tracey has a Masters in organisational psychology and is currently completing a further Masters in psychodynamic psychotherapy.
She’s a mother to 2 teenage daughters and in her spare time enjoys hot yoga, roller skating and rare groove music.
